Claims for Damaged or Defective Products

Full Unboxing Video Required

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please record a complete unboxing video from the moment you open the package. This video is mandatory for any damage claim — claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

How to File a Damage Claim

  1. Record a full unboxing video showing the sealed package and damaged item
  2. Take clear photos of the damage from multiple angles
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and photos
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
